Shipping
Shipping takes place within 48 hours via airmail. The shipment is packed plain and neutral for your privacy.
Availability and Delivery Time
The drugs are (unless otherwise noted) immediately available. Delivery time is generally between 10 to 20 days (depending on the duration of the clearance in the destination country).
Payment
Credit cards are charged within 24 hours after receipt of order. All transactions are carried out manually (by phone).
Security and Privacy
The transmission of credit card data is secured by 128bit SSL encryption (the strongest industry standard for encrypted data transfer). After successful transfer, your credit card information will be erased. All personal information is kept strictly confidential and for valid data protection provisions (not passed on to third parties).
Right of Withdrawal
Orders can be withdrawn within 2 months (from ordering). The goods must therefore be returned in perfect condition. Cost of return takes Hexmed. The full purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the package within 48 hours.
Originality
Among the products offered here, only originals of the respective manufacturer (no generics!) are being sold. Original packaging, leaflets and the manufacturer's seal are included in the delivery.
